Dr. David Moiger, Therapeutic Optometrist, is dedicated to providing his patients with a thorough vision and eye health examination. The goal of Dr. Moiger and his staff is to exceed your expectations for service and quality. His commitment is the use of the most modern procedures and equipment in meeting your vision and eye care needs.
Dr. Moiger is a graduate of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee receiving his doctorate in 1970. After graduation, Dr. Moiger returned to Southern College of Optometry where he taught until entering the United States Air Force in 1971. He served in the Air Force as a captain and was Chief of Optometric Services at both Reese Air Force Base in Lubbock, Texas and at Hancock Air Force Base in Syracuse, New York. After his four-year tour in the Air Force, Dr. Moiger returned to Texas practicing in El Paso until coming to Dallas in 1975. Dr. Moiger opened his practice in 1979 in the North Dallas area and continued in the same area until moving his practice to its current location at 3128 Forest Lane, Suite #252, Dallas, Texas, 75234. Dr. Moiger took over the practice of Dr. Arnold Katz in September of 2014 when Dr. Katz moved from Texas. Dr. Moiger is a member of the American Optometric Society (AOA), Texas Optometric Society (TOA) and the Dallas County Optometric Society (DCOS). He is a Texas Optometry Board certified therapeutic optometrist which allows him to treat many diseases of the eye and allows him to co-manage post cataract and post refractive surgery patients with ophthalmologists. |
Adda
Optician
Adda (Pictured: Right) originally resided in Chicago, Illinois where she first began working as an Optician in Tropical Optical in the Little Village area where she became a Certified Optician. In 1989 she moved to Dallas, Texas and continued her work as an Optician and Office Manager at several Chain and Private Opticals as well as working along side Optometrists.
Right before coming to Master Optics Optical in late 2006, Adda was the Office Manager at Eyelane, an Optical in Irving Mall for four years.
She continues her work as Master Optics Office Manager and Optician, devoted to her patients' eyecare needs. With many years of experience and going through changes of the Optical field, Adda continues to achieve in providing the right prescription lenses and coordinated benefits to her patients.

Adda "Emilia" (Pictured: Left) is the daughter of Master Optics' Optician!
Emilia began working part- time at Master Optics Optical in 2010 as an apprentice while attending Rowlett High School.
This field definitely kept her interest, while going to school for her Associates Degree in Science she continued her part-time work at Master Optics Optical here in Dallas and part-time work as an Optometric Assistant at a practice in Rockwall, Texas. With work experience with Optometric assistance and different settings in the optical, over the years she became Master Optics Optical's established Front Desk and Paraoptometric Technician.
She works in every area from Vision Insurance billing and coding, patient scheduling, contact lenses, pre-testing patients, frame styling and fitting, and eyewear dispensing.
